Just wondering about the latest scheduled dates for training for the HKG/CDG slots...

I understand it's been clearly stated that no new-hires to FDA's until end of the year, most likely next year, but just trying to understand the training/award process.

In other words, when does the last guy/gal awarded an FDA go through training?
