I mostlydisagree with this. I think you are spot on if talking about NB B with good BES seniority going to NB A. But...if you are talking about poor seniority NB B...why not make the jump to NB A get paid 100k more a year . You had poor QOL before and you will have poor QOL as an A....so go for the money....do your seat lock ....then go to WB B. One overlooked pro of this "bid up" strategy is LTD....if something dire happens and you lose your medical....much better do do it at a much higher pay rate. You are literally paying yourself for a better LTD policy....banking ALOT more money in the interim....all while having shiznit for QOL.....which you would have had anyway. JMHO. I foresee some really junior NBA's...2 year on property would not surprise me.
I think if the Q1 22 bid has as much movement is as rumored it would be possible then.
