Can someone who is a current employee (and not bitterly twisted) please tell me about life on the 747 vs 777?

I guess I'm wanting to know about trip length, I know the max is 17 days but is that the average or are some shorter?
Do you usually have 10-13 days off after a trip?
As a new FO can I expect to do one 17 day trip a month or could it be two shorter trips?
Average monthly block hours?
Does one fleet have better overnights, or longer stays compared to the other or is it usually min rest?
Do you always have 3 crew on the 747 and 777? Is it usually a captain and two FOs? (General interest question)
Whats the food like that they supply on the plane? This is actually a serious one
What are the hotels like that you stay at? Do they have good facilities, gyms in particular?
Do Atlas employees get the same travel benefits as regional or mainline crews? (As in, standby tickets on most airlines for travelling around)
And, anything else you think is worth mentioning would be great.
