Seems like the bottom 1/2 of the list has some movement but I can’t be sure whether it’s due to attrition or training failures (both likely). The CA side of the list sees very little attrition but there is the occasional young/junior CA that entertains or accepts an offer, emphasis on “occasionally”. Our retirement numbers are extremely low for the next 5 years and struggle to reach 50 per annum after that.

With the most recent news that we are getting 10 more 321 CEO’s I think the 5 year plan has us closer to 190 a/c. Also there are some (30+?) NEO’s that are on shorter leases than the rest of the fleet. Expect those leases to be extended, bringing us closer to 220 aircraft. All this notwithstanding a new order with an accelerated delivery schedule, your point is valid. But until the company favors raising the 1st year pay, as allowed by the contract, instead of starting a new pipeline/flow/cadet program I don’t think we are hurting.
