For those people seems like they would have a legitimate beef if they weren’t able to claim LTD.

I don't see how not wanting to take the vaccine meets that requirement. The COVID vaccination isn't related to our fitness for a Class I. On Oct 15th a pilot with a medical exemption is in exactly the same position relative to their Class I as they were on Sept 1st. Seems straightforward to me. How do you read this?
