It’s completely relevant. The company made a policy that makes them ineligible to exercise their certificate for a medical reason. It’s the language of the UPA verbatim.

I’m not aware of a pilot who was put on a unpaid leave who had a medical exemption for the yellow fever vaccine, are you?
