It's a long study and I got my data from page 20 if you care to take another look. Yes the stats you state are in the study, but when you look at the worst-case outcome, death, you will see that there were 2542 total deaths and of those 1613 were fully vaccinated. That would be 1613/2542=63.45% were fully vaccinated.
