What does a 2nd year and beyond UPS pilot make? More than any breeze pilot will make for the next decade on your current pay scales. Just goes to show how out of touch you guys are. Fwiw though, that’s not how contract comparisons and pattern bargaining go. First year pay is almost irrelevant. It’s the other 11-14 that matter. Bravo to the breeze recruiters though. Your crew meals could literally be a turd sandwich and some of y’all will find a way to defend it and talk it up.
