Who’s gonna fire them?! They’re doing exactly what the board and investors want them to do. Making as much revenue as possible with as few employees as possible. To the people that make management employment decisions they look brilliant…until.
Management figures very few pilots will call in fatigued, and the ones that do, they will just send out an occasional ws or gs to cover it.. Until a larger percentage of pilots rightfully call in fatigued, nothing will change.. That should be obvious to everyone at this point.
