Management figures very few pilots will call in fatigued, and the ones that do, they will just send out an occasional ws or gs to cover it.. Until a larger percentage of pilots rightfully call in fatigued, nothing will change.. That should be obvious to everyone at this point.
Exactly. Not advocating for a fatigue out, but if you are fatigued, call it. And with the rotations we’ve been seeing, people are kidding themselves at times if they think they aren’t.
