I agree with what is said above. Read the gouges, and study the said material.
www.mypilotcareer.com/piedmont.htm is a good one, and aviation interviews. Those two websites are pretty complete with what you can expect. Like it has been said, just relax, and be yourself. Study the gouges, the IFR procedures, and you should be OK. The sim is pretty much some vectors, a hold, and an ILS. It is pretty laid back.
