If the company has data to support any increase in sick or fatigue calls, maintenance write-ups, or block times (slow taxis, running very methodical checklists) we can probably expect a lawsuit to be filed by the company very soon. OTOH, if this really is management ineptitude, then they won't have the data and won't have the evidence they need to file a lawsuit.
