Thanks Lee, I searched the E library for "Out of Base" and the first hit was the right hit. June 1st 2017 SSC update on Enhancements to Out of Base Trips.
"Crew schedulers have received training on the new procedure, but while the process is new, pilots may have to remind them that there is no longer a requirement for 30 hours rest before or after the Out-of-Base Basic trip. Of course, the 30 in 168 FAR rest rule still applies."
So, in a way if I remind the Scheduler that 30 hours before/after the Basic trip doesn't apply... I'm actually enforcing the contract. ;-)
