The 30 hr rule as described doesn’t apply to me - or anyone else. Your mis/uninformed statement of undermining the contract is not at all relevant (or true), and shows you did absolutely no research before offering an unrelated opinion of others picking up trips out of base, something you don’t do and clearly know little about.
