lee is 100% correct. That’s an old
Restriction. Changed in 2017. You could always pick up out of base In Your own timezone before that without issues.
Even then, most schedulers were trained but a few didn’t get the memo.
the only thing I’ll add is that for the schedulers that were trained in OOB pickups, they’d add a “fake” 1 minute show time an hour prior to show adjusting for your time zone that allowed their computer to compensate for your FAR crew rest acclimation calculation and the problem was solved.
