A friend of mine wants to get hired at Spirit and asked me about the 5 year rumor of having no checkride failures. He had a TTP Train-to-proficiency event in a recent PC. He is now concerned that this will be seen as a failure? He passed the checkride but had to retake a maneuver from what I understand. Unfortunately I have no idea how this is rated, especially if it’s PRIA reportable. Maybe someone knows?
I’m pretty sure that you can put in a request for your pilot records. Everything from checkrides to written a will be included. See what pop ups and go from there!
