How many times have we been told there just isn’t the budget to fix things not even related to the CBA? The “programming errors” that constantly give you middle seats on deadheads, or “a DBMS replacement is just around the corner!”, etc.
The millions don’t need to be spent on things directly in the CBA. The company has the resources to fix things that actually affect our quality of life if they can dump millions into a uniform that most of us don’t even give a second thought to. They simply choose not to and instead distract us with the stupid hat debate again.
