Heres my 2 cents from someone who's been here about 2 years. I found the training department instructors were great along with the sim instructors and check airmen. All my guys on IOE were great as well. Organization wise could it be better here maybe but honestly there are so many moving parts. I just fly airplanes. I show up, do my flights and go home. The planes are great, get paid well and no one bothers me on my days off. My experience thus far has really been positive. Schedule flexibility and QOL have all been great too. I can understand why some would want to go to the legacies especially if you're on the younger side. As I talk with other pilots at the legacies though , I hear the same things just replace the names and we all have similar problems. A lot of it is what you make of it. If you look for the negative you'll find it wherever you are. I'm glad I made the jump here and plan on staying put.
