2. Florida bases are junior, especially TPA and MIA at the moment but they are also the newest. I suspect MIA will stay junior. Who knows what will happen with ATL and future bases.
3. Anyones best guess for how long reserve will be for you, but in full growth mode, reserve is usually less than 6 months. We have no airport reserve, just short (2 hr) and long (12 hr) callouts.
4. During COVID they were mostly day trips, but multi-day trips, especially 2 and 3 day have been making a comeback. 4 days have been the longest for several years but there’s nothing restricting the company from creating longer ones. Pilots generally stay together for the entire trip unless it’s a reserve assignment, then you may chop and change a bit. Different with FAs as they have different rest and contract rules. You may have the same FAs the entire trip, but unusual.
