We had the same problem Thursday night but with even more alarming results!! We added 2400 lbs before push due to 7000 lbs of extra freight. FMS showed 12.4 FAT at MEM (over Razorback) with NQA as the alternate.
We ended blocking in with 8.4!!!! Definitely the lowest I've seen on the Bus.
More fuel will be added next time landing to the South!!!
