Call them. I was told I was the first pilot to have to go through the online system, I think I filled out the same form 3 times over a 10 day period before I was finally done.

I've got a buddy that well exceeds their minimums (former Beechjet captain) but got the automated "thanks but no thanks" reply two days ago b/c he said "yes" to "have you ever been asked to resign." He called, they said it was a glitch and that answer must have dq'd him by the computer but it shouldn't have.

Still plenty of growing pains in the online app.
