I hate these tables. When I got to my regional, the advertised upgrade was 5 years.
What that didn’t account for was there were almost no hires for 5 years, so in the first upgrade class after I got there you had a pilot who had waited 5 years and one who had waited 2. Needs to be more in-depth analysis to really use that info tactically.
