My only experience with them was doing a contract trip in their G-IV. Everyone was pleasant to work with, the airplane was in mint condition, and they paid quickly. The owner was also very nice which was a welcome change of pace from the people I had been flying immediately prior to that. The captain I flew with was a real southern gentleman and he flies the Falcons too. I understand they are growing and are expecting more Gulfstreams. Pay didn't seem to be bad but not industry leading either. Not sure about schedules for the full timers but they seemed busy
