What would any of you industry vets think about pursuing this program instead of doing time at a regional? Any info is appreciated!
I would go the regional route to be honest if you are just entering into the industry. You will gain hours much quicker which will position you for upgrading then hours in the left seat will come with the movement at the regionals. Don’t look towards Atlas if you are new to the industry because the movement here isn’t the as quick and the experience that you need to gain will not happen as quickly. As much as you may not want to go the regional route, go that route.

Once have experience such as 121 PIC at the regionals and you need some more boxes to check, then look towards Atlas to help you get over the hump.

But the Seniority list is merged and no the we are not merged until SOC is achieved in November.
