With the US economy tittering on huge recession, and flood and fuel prices increasing everyday. I don’t see how they can grow. First of all, they have huge problems on the ground. They are so short staffed they have sometimes 2 rampers, working 3 gates, that is system wide. The gears on the company are grinding to halt in my opinion. Now with this vaccine mandate and being forced into double time everyday, I look for a lot of the rampers to walk off the job, Dec 8 or before just adding to their conglomerate of problems. If I were FO I would be more worried about furlough than my upgrade time. I think we are all in for a rude awakening.
