On a thread specifically for newhires, I wrote out the ways they can get around max/min credit caps, check rsv coverage, try manual trade inquiry, etc. Call them loopholes, nuggets, whatever you like. Your comments on the contract are noted. Yes it needs improvements. Again, what I specifically said was I use the contract where I can to my own advantage. And doing so I improve my schedule to what works for me.
