We had people from 3 different orientation classes. So regardless of your cadet status, it went based on the date of orientation.
OK, so prior 121 generally picks middle. But if some weird scenario unfold JUST right, he might pick first. And if some weird scenario unfolded JUST wrong, he might pick last.
