It seems to me that if an airman is caught falsifying documents like a vaccine card, they’d be taking a a huge risk of losing their medical/ATP. The rationale I’d imagine would be something along the lines of a demonstrated lack of judgment/good moral character, which I think was a conditional requirement for issuance.

I know a lot of pilots who casually and openly lie on their medicals in relatively benign ways, memorizing eye charts etc. Perhaps you can be the one that leads the charge to audit vaccine cards and separate those you think are unfit (due to judgment, morals, political leanings etc.) from their profession.
Before you cast that kind of stone though, I think you need to look seriously at what you're stating when you complete your 1st class medical every year and see if you can survive an audit of your own medical history.
