No. As long as you don't submit it to the FAA in an official manner, they don't care. You'd also better not lie to your AME about it either, because he will write that down (at least mine did last month).

The ATP "Good Moral Character" clause is nebulous at best. When that clause was written into the regs (circa 1950?), homosexuality would probably get your ATP revoked on that basis. FAA pretty much only applies the clause if you get convicted of a felony, because otherwise it's too vague to adjudicate on appeal.
