I get it. I have a few names on my personal captain avoidance list, but I think one or two of them left during the VSP. There are other names that I avoid if I can, but I'll fly with if I have to to make my schedule work. Sometimes I'll see their names pop up in ELITT on weekday trips and that makes me feel a little better that its probably more them and less me. My number one avoidance guy is an 80,000 number guy who I will never fly with again - I'll call in sick first. I don't see his name much, so I'm guessing that was just a personality conflict that went sideways. Probably as much my fault as it was his.
