So your examples of how labor relations work might not give you a lot of hope. But fly the contract. And if the company can violate the contract without penalty, then rewrite the enforcement mechanisms. All your soul-crushing complaints can be remedied by a single contract. We just need the cojones to negotiate for it.
Just to be clear I am absolutely on board to do whatever it takes to get the contract that you speak of.
I don’t see that happening until we are cleared to go on strike.
Until then I will continue to fly the contract.
