So… the question is, why would a pilot come to Southwest, and more importantly, why would a new Southwest pilot stay at Southwest?
I'm not sure that 62% is right. I'm 65.5% according to the SWAPA seniority snapshot and I'm still 600+ numbers below the most junior captain.
