Money won’t cut it. Increasing the flow won’t cut it. PSA pilots will need seniority numbers and longevity to stick around this turd pile.
Hostile management. Appallingly worthless flow (10 /month when AA is hiring 200+ every month). And half the pilot group on reserve because the scheduling managers are literally the worst B- squad you’ve ever laid eyes on. Management blames the SAP but that ain’t the problem when you have 10 hour 4 days and 4 hour 3 days. What a joke.
What we’re starting to hear is the regional death rattle. They will continue to shrink rapidly as the mass exodus of pilots hits its stride. Management will start bailing next as the writing is on the wall… Waiting on the flow if you’re more than a year away is a fool’s errand.
