You must be on the 737 because this is the exact same crap I hear from legacy AS pilots who have no prior real world airline experience (IE they came from the military or Horizon). This defeated, weak attitude is exactly how management wants you, and it is exactly why we have the absolute pile of crap we call a "CBA" right now. It is also exactly this mindset, that will cause us to fail in our attempts to actually fix things. It is time to get out of the stone age.

I didn’t think it could get any worse year one and well here we are. It’s much, much worse.
To be clear nothing would make me happier than burning this hole down to the ground. Even if it meant I had to look for another job. This place is so awful I wouldn’t mind starting at the bottom of the list someplace else even a regional. Also, it would give me great joy to see OTZ Eagle lose his pension.
