If memory serves, the Group I pay is 70 to 80% of Group 2. My educated guess is future 220-100 purchases (assuming there are), would be Group 1 (the rate of the former E195). If the 76 seaters come to the mainline, they would be at a pay rate somewhat less than Group 1. That would be more than current RJ pay rates. They would, however, have an AA seniority number. AA would be hiring directly into them. That is my crystal ball.
