If memory serves, the Group I pay is 70 to 80% of Group 2. My educated guess is future 220-100 purchases (assuming there are), would be Group 1 (the rate of the former E195). If the 76 seaters come to the mainline, they would be at a pay rate somewhat less than Group 1. That would be more than current RJ pay rates. They would, however, have an AA seniority number. I don't have the latest rates in front of me, but in the JCBA that became amendable 1/1/20 the Group 1 FO rates are about $40-50 below G2 rates, and G1 CA rates are roughly $80 below G2 rates. Both are well above current 76 seat rates provided you're leaving out the latest retention bonus.
That contract specifically mentions the "CS100" as G1, the "CS300" as G2. Currently now known as the A220-100 and A220-300, respectively.
