Within reason, I’d try to get phone numbers to these departments that you are supposed to email. Emails are too easy to let stack up, but a phone call can get you talking to the right people faster in my experience with things. Also, keep up with names, not just a department, but who should you be looking for in that department. Start with the recruiting number I guess, maybe ask for the CA by name that hired you and let them be your advocate.

but… it shouldn’t be that hard. Whether it’s miscommunication, some game to test perseverance, or just bad organizational practices, the result will be good pilots going other places after much effort has been made to vet you and bring you in. In this climate, no one can afford to let needed pilots get away to competition recruiting departments.

good on you for persevering, and good on you for having a choice!
