The paper you receive with the CJO says it’s contingent on passing the MMPI. Later that day, after you leave the building, you receive an e-mail saying the psychological portion of the interview was passed. I don’t know what it’s like if you fail but I assume that’s when they would have told you that you failed the MMPI as well.
If you don’t “pass” the MMPI/shrink you used to go to a review board. From what I understand 98% who went to that still got the job. But that’s the old system.
