I thought the video was great, clearly articulates why this place is such a steaming pile of garbage. This place is terrible. Literally the worst. No future, and no hope. We will never get a good contract. We are like atlas minus the arbitration… we will fight and fight and fight but one day when we finally get a contract it will be pretty similar to our current contract with maybe a couple of very very minor improvements. The company has no reason to bend to us, nor will they.
