It would be nice if the Communications chairman went back in time and started a series of these videos every couple of weeks up through the years. I think it would help highlight just how embedded in the corporate structure the attitudes coming at us from the current management herd are. The change we seek may be unattainable in a single contractual cycle given the relatively stable performance that Flight Operations produce on a daily basis. The unity within the unified ranks is solid no doubt but there are too many of “Santa’s Little Helpers” out there, every day in every base, carrying the water for “the company”…..
