They’ll be hired elsewhere by year 3-5. If AAG wants to keep their regionals staffed, then 80% of hiring has to come through their regionals. It will get it down to around 4 years. Flow at 1000 CA time or 4 years, whichever hits first. That will keep the seats filled….. for a while anyway. Eventually, it needs to be one airline.
