I’m currently in the process of getting the restriction removed, but do they care more about it being an unrestricted ATP or being eligible for it?
Printing your electronic logbook is totally fine; you can get it printed and spiral bound pretty easily at FedEx Office, staples, etc. I brought mine in like that plus my paper logbooks. I wasn’t hired recently, but two years ago, they hardly looked at it.

It would probably be nice to have the restriction removed prior, but also I’d bet not a big deal. I bet they could remove it along with your type rating paperwork during training.
