TOWOPs are NOT appropriate for the Captain staffing we currently have. That just seems to be another penny pinching ploy from the executive suite.
i guess my previous post wasnt very good. I was illuding more toward FO's the saab FOs were a little overstaffed and like i said until FOs upgrade to captains faster and all thats another excuse for the TOWP. It is clear that saab captains are short not in excess when street captains are occasionally hired.
