And that was a great strategy way back when you got hired but it’s not necessarily true today when the company is hiring 150 per month for the next year or more. Now, guys can have 30 NH under them in category by the time they start training and 60-70 by the time they finish OE. They are not likely to sit reserve as long as back in the day.
