Atlas could truly be one of the great aviation companies if they just let it happen.
We talk about how they need to improve our compensation in order to staff. They counter by saying we're not needed to keep the company profitable. It's the same old song and dance. I'd pay more attention to what people are doing rather than what people are saying. Of course if I was such a smart guy I wouldn't be where I'm at. So maybe ignore me? I don't know.
