That is silly if there is a formal or informal policy that broad. The company doesn't get to unilaterally GFB whatever they want, otherwise they could GFB everycall every time. Any and all GFB requests need to be ran by DALPA immediately.
I’ve called in sick several times after having an assignment on reserve. The scheduler always says they are referring it to the CPO, but I’ve never been called for a gfb. So it’s not universal.
