I’ve called in sick several times after having an assignment on reserve. The scheduler always says they are referring it to the CPO, but I’ve never been called for a gfb. So it’s not universal.
I've done the same and the scheduler has neither said that not nor have I gotten a GFB. Don't know why it isn't consistent.
