Ground is the source for most of our mis-deliveries and screw ups. That business model sucks for the customer but is good for stockholders. I see and met the local ground delivery owner. Hard hard way to make a living.
Companies years ago put shareholders before customers. I agree with you. I met a route owner years ago. Said he made $100,000 per year on his one route. After all the expenses he had operating the business and the route, his take home was $30,000. I agree again, hard way to make a living.
