Except for executive management. Which is kind of a big deal. SWA culture, union, and management has surpassed United’s in every one of the last twenty years. That won’t be changing anytime soon. Delta and SWA will continue to be best in class.

United's management and union cooperated to work out solutions to issues surrounding covid-19 and the vaccine mandate. They also worked out a solution to their covid overstaffing where no pilot was furloughed. Then somehow for the last 6 months they've been hiring in huge numbers. Southwest has managed to hire 0 pilots in the same period.
