In the 16 years I’ve been watching this management, they’ve been unable to pay correctly throughout all of it. Unofficially, it’s part of their keep you busy with BS so you can’t organize and fight. Endless schedule foul ups, endless contract violations, endless hotel issues, endless pay issues, endless new policy, or procedure…. Then, pit each work group against the other.
